Welcome to Femag Strategy Solutions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, booking services, and all related services provided by Femag Strategy Solutions ("we," "our," or "us").

Booking Services

Booking Process
When you make a booking through our website:
- You must provide accurate personal and contact information
- You must select a valid service type and appointment time
- You will receive a booking confirmation via email
- Your booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from us
Booking Code
Upon starting a booking, you will receive a unique booking code. This code:
- Allows you to continue your booking later
- Should be kept confidential and secure
- Can be used to check your booking status
- Expires after 30 days of inactivity
Payment Terms
Payment Requirements
Payment for our services is required as follows:
- Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to change without notice
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellations 48+ hours before appointment: Full refund minus processing fees
- Cancellations 24-48 hours before appointment: 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 24 hours: No refund
- No-shows: No refund
- Service not delivered by us: Full refund
Payment Security
All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.
Appointment Policies
Attendance
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
- Bring valid government-issued identification
- Bring your booking confirmation (printed or digital)
- Bring all required documents for your specific service
Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time
- Rescheduling can be done through your booking code or by contacting us
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
- Repeated rescheduling may result in booking cancellation
Cancellation by Femag Strategy Solutions
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in cases of:
- Emergency situations
- Staff unavailability
- Technical difficulties
- Force majeure events
In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice and offer alternative appointment times or full refund.
Document Requirements
You are responsible for providing all required documents for your service. Common requirements include:
- Valid passport or government-issued ID
- Proof of address
- Birth certificate (for certain services)
- Previous immigration documents (if applicable)
- Any additional documents specified for your service type
Failure to provide required documents may result in service denial without refund.
User Conduct
When using our services, you agree NOT to:
- Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use our services for fraudulent or illegal purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt our website or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
